Online House Rules

So here are the house rules for those part of the online version of B&D&D&D&B:

Game sequence:

At the start of each encounter I will state the minimum Initiative modifier required for you to post each round. Example:

Fight with a Small Evil Elf party.
Minimum initiative required: 3

This means that to post first you MUST have initiative modifier 3 or higher, so only Eximere, Gotta, Xan and Sofir could post their actions to attack. Thundor (+ 2), Fury (+ 2) and Sagla (+0) would have to wait.

The rest of the characters must wait until one of the following conditions is met:

  1. All of the enemies have attacked.
  2. 3 or more of your allies (who have met the necessary conditions, ie high enough initiative) have posted (this means the more people post the higher chances of everyone attacking are.
  3. The bad guys have not attacked on the 3rd day (So you can not post on Monday and Tuesday if your team is not as active as you would like it to be)

I will roll the dice to decide on what day the enemies will attack. The more days go past the higher chance of them striking.

Some creature will have a lower initiative, that could mean that ALL of you can attack on the first round of the encounter first (unless I roll lucky as I am posting the encounter and it might mean they will strike first).

As a rule, Eximere can ONLY act after at least one person has declared their action.

There will be TWO posting periods. Monday-Wednesday and Thursday-Sunday. So you will get to act TWICE per week. Failing to post, you will be placed in a full defence stance.

The following books can be fully used by your characters:
(Learning new spells, choosing feats, equipment etc …)

Players Handbook
Dungeon Master’s Guide
Monster Manual I
Rules Compendium

The following books can used after confirming with the DM:

Complete Adventurer
Complete Arcane
Complete Champion
Complete Divine
Complete Warrior
Complete Scoundrel
Magic of Incarnum

Planar Handbook

Races of Stone
Races of Destiny
Races of the Wild
Races of Dragon

Other books are available, but learning feats, spells and finding items from them is very rare and difficult (it will require a substantial quest to obtain them, if they exist at all!).
